With the support of the State Tourism Agency, Azerbaijan Tourism Board participates in the "SATTE" exhibition, the second largest fair in India that is held in New Delhi.

The national stand of Azerbaijan at the fair is represented by "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC and 11 local tourism industry representatives in sum.

It is planned to organize bilateral meetings with the media and industry partners within the framework of the visit.

More than 1,200 participants from more than 50 countries, as well as from different cities of India, more than 35,000 tourism and travel specialists in, as well as state tourism institutions of 28 countries, are participating in the international fair, which will last until February 11.

Also, as part of the series of events held in India, the presentations were held in Chennai and Ahmedabad on February 6-8.

During the events, 13 local tourism companies of Azerbaijan held meetings with more than 100 tourism industry representatives of the mentioned cities.

During the meetings, the representatives of the tourism industry of India got acquainted with the tourism products available in Azerbaijan, the offered tour packages, including the country's main tourism routes, hotel, and infrastructure innovations.

The representatives of India’s film industry and wedding planner organizations were informed about traditional tourism products as well as products offered by Azerbaijan in this direction.

It should be noted that the tourism opportunities of Azerbaijan were also presented at the "OTM Mumbai 2023" travel fair held in Mumbai, India, on February 2-4.
